This is an achievement that players normally obtain by clicking (using) 100 dancing fairies, which are spread throughout Feyrist. This procedure takes some time, as there is a cooldown until the same dancing fairy can be used again.
Another way to obtain this achievement, much more quickly (something around 30 seconds or less), and without cooldown, is to use it in the small plant houses, as shown in the following photo:
